Thank you for choosing Braidstorms for your hair care needs. Please review our booking policies below to ensure a smooth experience:
- Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your final balance.
- Hair Provided:
- Included: We provide regular X-pression braiding hair (basic colors) at no extra charge for styles such as feed-in braids, cornrows, regular knotless braids, box braids, or Senegalese twists.
- Not Included: For any other styles, you will need to provide the hair.
- Sensitive Scalp Option: If you have a sensitive scalp, we offer anti-bacterial, hypoallergenic braiding hair for an additional $10 (one-time fee per client, regardless of the number of packs used).
- Payment Method: We accept cash and card. Please note that payments made by card will include a payment processing fee.
- Service Timing: Please note that the timing for services may vary depending on the length, texture, and preparation required for each client’s hair. It may take more or less time than estimated. We recommend allowing an extra 45 minutes to 1 hour after your scheduled appointment when planning other activities to ensure flexibility.
